Here's my little guy! He turned 1 year old January 3, 2011. These are the things that Miss Paula took to Korea when she went to pick up her adorable little girl Zoe. Thanks Paula!! This is Aiden's Christmas and his birthday gifts. I noticed he has on an outfit I sent in his second care package.
Aiden has on the red jumper that's in this picture! I can see the little airplane under his jacket in the picture! I know this may sound weird, but it's such a revelation to actually see something I sent on him. He's so cute, but I sure wish he'd smile. The last 2 pictures we received, poor thing doesn't look very happy. : ( Which kind of scares me even more. Maybe he's really shy - translation - he's going to scream bloody murder all the way home on the plane. This folks is my absolute worst fear of this whole adoption - the 14 hour plane ride home with a child who doesn't know us, is cramped in a confined space, missing everything he's ever known. Yeah, I get a little freaked out when I really think about it! Happy thoughts, happy thoughts, happy thoughts!
Lovin' these care package pictures!!! Aiden is such a cutie! So glad we got these today! I needed it. Oh and Landon never smiles in his pics. I've got ONE picture of him smiling. That's it!

ReplyDeleteHe is soo cute!! So happy that he was able to open all of his gifts! Nora has the biggest smile but we never saw any of those smiles in the updated pics, try not to worry too much about that...there is alot of activity at Holt and I think the babies get overwhelmed so they have that stunned look alot!! He is precious and you will see those smiles soon:)
